Saturday, August 10, 2013 - Wine is drinking very nicely at this time. Excellent balance, wine tastes light but with intense flavor; bottle just seemed to disappear; love this wine. Spicy, fruit, and acid beautifully combined. Drank with rack of loin lamb chops.
