Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - Color is light straw. On the nose: Lemon, orange, honeysuckle, white flowers and lots of minerals. On the palate: Orange (predominant )lemon, grapefruit(hint), honeysuckle, almonds / touch of marzipan. This is a beautiful bottle of wine. It is refined, has good length and a nice weight for a Chablis. Plenty of life in this.
