This wine brought a massive smile as it was crisp and elegant with lemon notes and that hallmark minerality that people associate with chablis. Incredibly fresh and moreish with a wonderful balance of acidity and fruit - maybe I was just in a chablis mood but this was near pefect mid week drinking - chapeau to Fevre!
