Saturday, March 9, 2019 - A great wine to drink now while the more structured vintages like 2008 mature in the cellar. This wine is fleshy and and pungent, “slutty” is the best way I have heard it described. This is a typical characteristic of the 2009 vintage in Chablis. In spite of these characteristics, this wine maintains the typical saline and tidal pool characteristics that I love about Chablis. Drink now.
