Tuesday, October 18, 2011 - Not enough acids - left this wine sweet ("stickie") and flat footed. Tasted twice with the same results. I felt like just pouring some over ice cream and calling it a thin syrup. Compare this against a good Sauterne if you don't understand the acid comment and you will. You can't even begin to drink a 3 year old French Sauterne of any character. Nor would you want to. Elderton makes some absolutely amazing wines. This isn't one of them.
