Sunday, December 8, 2013 - A minerally aspect tends to overpower expressions of plums on the nose. Medium to full in weight, conceals the high alchohol (15%) fairly well with stewed plums and spicy licorice flavours combining with a meaty character. Not great length at the end, finishes tannic and a little salty. Best taken with food.
