Thursday, September 15, 2005 - Had this with a nice Wild (White) Alaskan King Salmon. The fruit is fading maybe a touch and the butter is there. No more of the nice steely mineral finish as is more evident in younger Chablis. A very nice drinking wine however that goes very well with food.
