Sunday, November 30, 2014 - Popped and poured. Crimson color with great clarity in the glass. Signature tuscan nose of sour cherries, balsamic, roasted plum, a bit of sweet spices and cherry cough drop. Similar flavors on the palate with a strong umami factor but with lots of juicy red fruit. Medium+ to high acidity with medium sweet tannins. Very little oak detected on the nose or palate. Nice finish. Rockstar tuscan wine for $30.
