Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Wow this is a brute of a wine in a good way. Sipping the last glass five hours after decanting it still is vibrant and powerful. Can definitely make out the Cabernet on the nose. Tannins are still present in a way that suggests a long life but alas this was my last bottle. Paired well with homemade Italian feast prepared by my wife for dinner.
