Saturday, September 24, 2022 - High rating well deserved here. Really an elegant NV blend that I felt was unique. Agree with other tasting notes here. I could wait to decant long enough but drank slowly and definitely opened up more over the couple hours. I don’t think it was premature to drink it , it was excellent. Will (try) to hold my others for a while to see how it ages No promises. Oh , and I purchase ls this afternoon an opus one tasting. And while I did buy the opus one flagship , it’s overpriced in my opinion (albeit a beautiful wine ). This overture has unique tones and stands on its own at half the price although still Some where around $160 if I recall.
