Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Decanted the wine for about 30 minutes. The wine hss been sitting in my wine refrigerator for about 4 or 5 years. The wine tasted very elegant with dark fruit, well balanced almost with a hint of spice. I wish I had another one. enjoyed it over dinner with a grilled ribeye with creamy horseradish, homemade french fries and roasted vegetables.
