Sunday, November 25, 2012 - Best decanted one hour when a wave of smooth, drying tannins balanced the Cali fruit perfectly after sitting in glass 15 minutes. Too bad the wine smoothed out, but drank well for awhile with steaks, then became slightly unbalanced with more alcohol showing.
