Saturday, December 26, 2015 - NV wines are stupid. At least give me a "bottled on" date, if not some idea of the vintage blend.
This was purchased within the last month. No idea how long it sat in the refridgerated high-end wine room at trusted local wine shop.
PnP. Probably the most Bordeaux-like American wine I've ever had. Great red/black fruit, espresso, a touch of herb on the long backside. Some power and persistence here. Nice, and priced realistically by Bordeaux/Napa standards. 91-92

1/1/2016 11:42:00 AM - I agree that lack of any indication of age is ridiculous. I was actually gifted a bottle of this wine and emailed the producer to ask how to tell and what aging recommendation they might have. The response was that it doesn't matter when it was bottled since it's not meant to age. Excuse me?!?
