Tuesday, May 23, 2017 - Dark cherry with ruby rim and lots of tears; nose of cardamom, red cherry compote, raspberry, strawberry and a touch of alcohol; palate of ripe cherry, leather, creme fraiche and new soil; silky, fine tannins and a 2% milk mouthfeel; long finish that grows darker with hints of tar and vanilla; a little closed, but still would drink well with steak; will be better in 2 to 3 years
