Tuesday, January 28, 2020 - Big wine, needed 2+ hours to open, maybe more. On pnp oak overpowered, but opened up to big fruit, vanilla, mint, oak. As it opened the wine got sweeter. Not really my flavor profile, wished this Bordeaux blend was a little sharper instead of so big and oaky, but also clear it’s a well made wine.
