Friday, July 10, 2020 - OK, we opened this too early but still was a nice wine. Fresh, ripe, red, cherry, raspberry, boysenberry, on the palate. A bit of spice and oak on a medium finish. Medium bodied. The problem is that as good as this is, it paled in comparison to the 2005 Freemark Abbey Sycamore we opened the night with. I have tasted very nice bottles of this but in comparison, there is better out there for the price.
