Sunday, February 7, 2021 - Hanging decanter, one hour. Smoke, cassis, vanilla, floral nose. Ruby in the glass, violet. Lighter and fresher than the cabs I have recently tried. Blackberry (big) in the mouth, dry oak, vanilla again. Spiky, dry finish.
