Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - Coravin 9/2/14: Light-medium yellow color; nose has some tropical fruit, some minerals, lemon-lime, slight petrol, only slight sulfur; palate is off-dry, good acid throughout, lemon-lime continues, medium persistence through early palate but fades a tad through midpalate, slight bitterness through midpalate; medium length finish.
