Wednesday, October 6, 2021 - Still amazingly pale yellow. A touch of honey, pure Golden Delicious apple, and a bit of yellow peach. Ethereal light weight. Off dry, spicy orchard and stone fruit, excellent acidity, and fine grained slate on the finish. Gorgeous, lilting Riesling that is delicious now but only at an early secondary stage of development.
