Thursday, February 5, 2015 - Consistent with my previous notes, and even better. I think the needed decanting time is shorter now, and it is a more complex, enjoyable wine. I wanted something that was a 100 percent guarantee pure enjoyment wine tonight, and did not think twice before opening this one. Emily knows wine!

(Day 2 update- tastes even better than day one, on both nose and finish. I think this wine will have longer life than initially forecasted)
