Thursday, June 21, 2012 - Wish i had saved half the bottle to try again on day2 but 90+degree nyc days have other plans. Chablis like chalkiness, will have to agree that this didnt show 85 months of lees aging as i would have expected, even with about 3hrs of air, nonetheless a delicious bottle.
