Saturday, October 8, 2016 - Best bottle of this yet; deeply purple colored, heavy red fruit nose showing excellent purity and minerality too; just the slightest hint of a menthol "coolness" to it. Huge extract and ample acidity. As usual, one could never predict what longevity this styled wine might have though it certainly now shows 8-10 years younger than it is.
