Tuesday, March 18, 2014 - This is a beautiful chardonnay, so balanced and deft. Theres no edge or bite, and not over-oaked. There is a lovely saline, mineral texture. So polished and refined. Not that concentrated, it's arguably a bit simple and lacking in complexity but it's still really appealing.
