Sunday, January 24, 2016 - We did a vertical tasting of this 1975, along with a 1982 and a 1996. the `75 was the star. Opened in the cellar two hours before tasting, and brought out to warm up a bit 45 minutes before tasting. Beautiful cherry notes, did not taste faded at all. A great experience.
