Saturday, May 7, 2011 - Opened an hour before consuming - drank over three hours. Initial sniff showed smoky meat and flint followed by dark red fruit. Over the evening the palate showed sweet black cherries, cassis, grilled meat, and licorice. Very smooth after a couple of hours and a pleasure to drink. Lots of potential.
