Wednesday, September 20, 2017 - Still youthful at age 9, both visually and in the mouth. Rich dark fruits, savory underbrush, and Kenyan coffee are nicely interwoven on the palate and lead into a zippy peppercorn-inflected finish. There's a touch of alcoholic warmth on the finish, but it's actually quite pleasant. Very good now, but there are plenty of years left in this one.
