Thursday, December 21, 2023 - One hour decant. Deep dark purple color. Interesting nose of dark berries with a savory herbal and peppery character and subtle minerals. Wonderful full bodied palate of stone fruit and dark berries with spice and dusty graphite mineral notes. Fully resolved tannins and a smooth long finish. Drinking incredibly well.
