Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Perfect example of age-worthy Viognier. 30 years old yet the freshness is comparable to a white Burgundy with half its age. Touch of dusty / musty sous bois initially, but blew off quickly, leaving behind a beautiful array of citrus fruits and lemon oil. Waxy and creamy, An incredible testimony on age-worthy Viognier.
