Thursday, March 25, 2010 - UWS 2010-01 (@ JB): Spices and chocolate in the bouquet. On the palate the wine shows its maturity, but there still are cassis and red berry fruits. Also chocolate and good bitterness. Good balance between sweetness and acidity. Elegant wine. Ready now, but no real hurry, although this or next year might be wisest.
