Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Christmas Eve dinner with friends. Two hour decant. Main course was standing rib roast and this paired perfectly. Such a yummy wine. Tannins softened over the years. Vanilla, cherry and some raspberry. Lucky I have one more in the cellar.
