Friday, October 5, 2012 - Medium color with lightening. Oh my, a poster child for Cab Franc aromatics-full of very attractive high toned florality, light red/black fruit, and just the right amount of green herbs without verging on dill. Light and elegant in the mouth with cedar, refreshing acidity and fruit that is present but muted. Slightly dry finish. For me, the aromatics were more exciting than the taste, and it is seeminly fully mature. I don't think that I would hold this much longer due to the fragility of the fruit. Still, worth trying, even if mostly for the first sniff!
