Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Yellow. Lots of sulfur to start, but this largely receded. Medium weight, glorious texture so typical of these wines. Ripe lemon, toasty oak, excellent acidity for the vintage, and excellent length. Proper white Burgundy that is very tasty. It is only limited by its vintage specific rounder character with less minerality and detail. I'd say that this is fully enjoyable now with limited upside potential.
