Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Opened at the restaurant and served an hour or so later. Some slightly dirty action on the nose and palate but in a good way! Palate of bright, crushed strawberries and blackberries. Initially, a tiny hint of structure still on the finish. Really in a great place and both delicious and cerebral.
