Friday, March 24, 2023 - Perrot Minot Chambertin & Clos de Beze dinner: (A) This was the only vintage pair tonight, IMO, where the Clos de Beze came close to Chambertin. Everything here was riper from the start. Cocoa, ripe berries and spices on the nose. Noticeably higher extraction and stronger tannins than other vintages. The finish was rather dry.
