Sunday, September 16, 2007 - Had with halibut that had a rich mushroom, serrano, fennel butter sauce. This was close to stunning. Evocative nose of crushed stones, flowers, apricot and citrus. On the palate this has both weight and zippy acidity. We loved this wine and the pairing.
