Saturday, July 18, 2015 - 1st of 3 after letting sleep for 5 years. Wow. Very pure. Blackberry compote and a healthy does of acidity to keep it in check. Alcohol is a bit high, but this works. Dark purple with some red. Nose is cassis and blackberry. This isn't cloying at all. Just pure. Well done!
