Friday, November 5, 2021 - Grenache leads, aromatically, with dried strawberry and something that reminds of a sandy beach on a summer afternoon... and that reminds me of Rayas. There's a bit of garrigue as well, that some notice more than others. It's got a more blue fruited taste for me, with respectable tannins nicely balancing the acid. This worked well with usual foods you might pair with southern Rhone wines, and I think there's no rush to drink it. I have other bottles I'll leave alone a few more years.
