Wednesday, April 27, 2016 - Very good spot now. A very faint nose of slight camphor, dew, jet fuel. On the palette, very vigorous, fresh berries, cherries, dark chocolate, meat with powerful warm alcohol to drive the flavours through. Secondary flavours of candied, toffee-ed apricots, leather, burnt orange rind. A good, quite long finish that carries these flavours right down the throat. Thoroughly satisfying. So far the best of a mixed case of Ceretto, alongside the Muscato D'Asti.
