Sunday, October 13, 2019 - Deep ruby red in color. Dark reddish black cherries, soil tones, herbs and incredible note of minerals on the nose. Medium bodied palate reveals savory brown spices, bitter dark red cherry reduction, good acidity, discernible (and slightly drying) tannins and a finish redolent of minerals. There is good amount of sediment in the bottle. Nice.
