Sunday, December 29, 2019 - TN similar to my note from last year.
Had it with a rubia gallega rib eye on the bone. The nuttiness of the meat complimented the wine’s sublime, yet subtle oak perfectly. Decanted for 4 hours. Plenty of time left on this one, but I don’t think this will improve much more.
