Saturday, November 3, 2012 - N: Light apriocot, slight grass. Clear, well defined nose.
P: Nectarines, slight oak, wonderful enveloping flavors that keep changing. Very balanced.
F: Nice finish that lingers a bit. Slightly drying. Tart Pear.
