Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Opened and decanted for 2 hours, this clearly young wine was still open and delicious. pure kirsch in the mid palate, spice in the nose and both evolved with drinking. Fruit still paramount, a little heat but integrated well with a good finish. Worried I only have 3 left. Not suprising a great match for leg of lamb provencal.
