Sunday, March 20, 2022 - Root Day - Amazing bottle! Super silky on the palate. Gorgeous nose of secondary and tertiary elements - forest floor, dried dark fruit, crushed leaves and herbs. Complex and long on both palate and finish. Went beautifully with duck cassoulet but was also enjoyed after the meal as a contemplative wine sipped by itself.
