Saturday, November 26, 2022 - First glass, A good wine at the tail end of still having some primary berries and fruits. Very smooth, fennel, cherries, leather. Last glass showed its age and I’d say at the tail end of its best days. Did not decant because the restaurant did not have a decanter but based on this bottle I would not decant, I would also not sit on any bottles a lot longer either.
