Friday, December 3, 2021 - Fairly translucent ruby with orange rim. Nose of dusty cocoa, prunes, black maraschino cherry, licorice. Palate of prune, cocoa, grapefruit and soy sauce (or maybe fermented blood orange?), tannins are grippy but refined (80 grit), medium acidity.
