Friday, August 25, 2017 - Clear, perfect mauve with a light pink rim, but cannot see the legs/tears due to improper vessel.
Clean, med+ intensity, cooked blueberries, merino cherries, violets, red licorice, and coffee grinds.
Dry, med- body, med- acidity, med- tannins, med- alcohol, with further tastes of dark figs, cranberries, a whiff of rhubarb, cooked tomatoes and elegant dark chocolate. Perfect balance and a wonderful finish. Elegant, feminine and nicely softened.
