Thursday, November 16, 2006 - Knightsbridge 20th Anniversary Dom Perignon Dinner (Carlos): Full ruby red. Lovely spice box nose of red cherry and briar. Nice rich spicy black cherry on the palate with a long round finish. Drinking wonderfully right now.
