Sunday, October 14, 2012 - Drank over 5 hours. The nose was very shy at first and only showed a little bit more after lots of swirling and air time in the bottle. Just a hint of red and blue fruits. Palate had more red fruit, nicely ripe for the vintage. Very sleek and silky texture. Pretty and elegant with metallic undertones. While this was very good and clearly well made, there just wasn't any thing exciting about it. The finish was medium length and a little flat.
