Monday, December 25, 2017 - Decanted for 7 hours. Lovely aroma of cinnamon, tarmac & petrol. Very smooth but rather gutsy for a cab sav. Lovely plum with berries taste with a hint of bark. Drinking well right now. Can't see it improving. It's at it's peak, possibly just about to descend.
