Friday, November 13, 2020 - 4th of 6, opened 20 minutes, perfect level, spongey cork, too broad, little minerality, dull though nothing obviously wrong, may have left this too long though 18 years in excellent vintage for GC Chablis should see it just reaching best (cf my June note on the 2000), drink up. G+ (15.5).
